Terms and conditions

GREENPARTS remains the owner of all goods until the time of full payment. In the event of late payment, GREENPARTS is authorized to dissolve the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend (further) delivery until the moment at which you have fully met your payment obligations.

Prices:

Offers are valid while supplies last. If a price increase occurs after the conclusion of the agreement, you may terminate the agreement regardless of the amount of the increase.

Product information:

GREENPARTS is not liable for advice provided by it, printing and typesetting errors on the website, or technical data provided by suppliers or producers. The products offered by GREENPARTS comply with statutory European standards and may be sold online. GREENPARTS cannot be held liable in any way for the malfunctioning or temporary (un)availability of the website or for any form of damage, direct or indirect, that would result from access to or use of the website.

Returning goods in the event of cancellation:

Only unused goods in their original packaging are accepted by GREENPARTS. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Defects:

What is considered a defect: the accuracy of the delivery and any qualitative shortcomings of the product. These must be reported to GREENPARTS within 7 days of receipt.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply: 2-year manufacturer's warranty for consumers, 1-year manufacturer's warranty for professionals. A 6-month warranty applies to batteries. No warranty on wear parts such as belts, tires, blades, chains, clutches, sprockets... Warranty is not valid in the following cases: breakage or wear due to misuse and poor maintenance.

Disputes:

All disputes related to or arising from offers by GREENPARTS, or agreements concluded with it, shall be submitted to the competent court in Kortrijk, unless a mandatory statutory provision expressly designates another court as competent.

Shipping

GREENPARTS uses various shipping agents. For each shipment, the best rate is calculated based on different carriers. (Usually UPS, DHL, TNT, or DPD)

Shipping costs for an order are calculated based on standard shipping, provided that the weights and dimensions specified by the seller meet the standard shipping requirements. In the event that the actual shipping costs differ significantly from the calculated costs, GREENPARTS reserves the right to charge these to the customer.

You can always ask for a shipping quote first if, for example, the calculated shipping costs seem excessive.

In certain cases, you can only pre-order and receive a shipping quote first.

GREENPARTS maintains an expected delivery time of 2-10 business days, but shipments with non-standard weight and dimensions may take longer.

GREENPARTS currently does not ship outside the EU!
